Physician / Hospitalist / Maryland / Locum tenens

A locum tenens Nocturnist and/or Hospitalist position is available just over an hour from Washington D.C. and Baltimore.

Responsibilities:

• Work with two other Nocturnists and a mid-level provider during night shifts (triple coverage).
• Collaborate with a second Hospitalist during day shifts.
• Shift times are flexible: 7 am to 7 pm, 4 pm to 4 am, or 7 pm to 7 am.
• Manage approximately 13-14 admits per evening and 3-4 admits per day shift, with an overall patient volume of 15-18.
• Perform procedures and respond to codes as required.
