The West Virginia University Health System, the state's largest health system and private employer, comprises 18 hospitals across the state and bordering states. It includes five institutes and provides management services for other local hospitals through affiliate agreements.

Position: Full-time Hospitalist Physician
Location: Grant County, WV
Responsibilities: Practice in Internal Medicine, provide excellent patient care, and participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
Qualifications: MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent, valid state medical license, DEA registration by start date, completed Internal Medicine residency, board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
Our Eastern Panhandle location is just over an hour from Washington, D.C., and Baltimore, MD. It offers a rural atmosphere, a lower cost of living, and easy access to major cities. The area is experiencing growth, with a steady influx of professionals and expanding telecommuting and high-tech industries.
