OpportunityThis hospitals hospitalist group is seeking an additional provider. The Hospitalist group is currently made up of 30 physicians and 12 mid-level providers. It is the region's only Level II Trauma Center. No ICU procedures are required as we have 24 / 7 ICU coverage.The group has a physician-driven schedule that allows for better patient care by reducing patient turnover and increasing continuity of care. The group is composed of both Family and Internal Medicine trained physicians.The opportunity offers great benefits, paired with a physician-focused compensation plan and great opportunities for leadership and growth.- RVU based compensation with No Cap - Flexible Schedule to offer balance- Health, Dental, Vision - Short Term and Long-Term Disability- 403 retirement & 457B plans - Not-For Profit Hospital- CME, License, Certification costs covered - Academic and teaching opportunitiesRequirements : Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in their specialty.
