CompHealth in Tacoma, WA is seeking physicians to join a premier staffing network focused on high-quality SNF care. You’ll work a Monday–Friday schedule with physician-controlled rounding hours across 1–2 facilities, with minimal on-call coverage.

This role offers a path to Medical Director responsibilities as the practice grows. CompHealth coordinates interviews, licensing, and salary negotiations, supported by experienced teams to manage every detail while you focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified IM, FP, or Geriatrics.
• No visa sponsorship.

• Manage a daily census of 16–18 patients across 1–2 facilities.
• Monday–Friday schedule with physician-controlled rounding hours.
• No procedures required and no independent ventilator management.

Salary from $250000.00 to $250000.00 annually
