2. Hospitalist medical director overseeing a team with an average of 16 physicians and support staff.
3. Med director schedule includes 10 hospitalist shifts, with other days dedicated to leadership roles.
4. Closed ICU and no procedures required.
5. Epic EMR system.
6. Open to IM and FM physicians with 2+ years of leadership experience, able to start in 2025.
7. Competitive salary from $335,000 to $360,000 annually, plus a director stipend, bonuses, and full benefits.
8. Live in East Bay, Silicon Valley, or San Jose, just 40 miles from San Francisco.
