• Stable and secure employed position with a top hospital system in the region
• Site medical director for an established hospitalist program
• Supervision of the hospitalists, patient quality care, and administrative responsibilities
• Monday through Friday flexible daytime schedule

• Have 1 - 3 years (or more) of some administrative and leadership skills
