Position Details

1. Inpatient faculty position for an internal medicine residency program at a 369-bed regional hospital.
2. Schedule: Monday through Friday daytime with 1 weekend call per month.
3. Responsibilities: 75% inpatient rounds with residents, 25% administrative duties, supervision, teaching, morning reports, meetings, and leadership roles.
4. Open to board-certified IM physicians and 2025 IM residents interested in inpatient/faculty roles.
5. Compensation: Competitive salary, incentives, full hospital benefits; H-1B visas accepted.
6. Location: Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area, population 500k+, 2 hours from NYC and Philly.
