Job summary

Banner Health in Sun City West is seeking a Palliative Care Physician to join the inpatient team. The role focuses on symptom management and complex care planning for patients with serious illness.

The physician will work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborate to expand the program in the West Valley, and provide education to staff and families. Monday–Friday schedule is expected, with opportunities for incentives.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine required or soon-to-be-boarded.
• Fellowship training strongly preferred; open to finishing fellows.
• Desire to help grow Palliative Care within the community.
• Ability to educate colleagues and patients about care options.
• Comfortable working independently in a new start-up program.
