Physician / Gynecology / Iowa / Locum or Permanent / Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) opening in Des Moines, IA - busy right away!

Seeking: Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) to join one of the largest physician-owned and governed multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest.

Requirements: BE/BC in OB/GYN required. Completion of a MIGS fellowship or MIGS Focused Practice Designation preferred.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with an established and busy Gynecologic Oncology team. Participate in a progressive, collegial, patient- and partner-centered atmosphere. Call 1:2, with recruiting for an additional Gyn/Onc to improve call to 1:3. Perform procedures in a Block OR/Robot time, with a robust robotic surgery program utilizing the da Vinci Xi system.

Facilities and Team: Women’s Center with specialists in Surgical Oncology, Surgery Breast Clinic, Ob/Gyn, and Uro/Gyn. Provide coordinated and comprehensive care throughout clinics and hospitals. Enjoy a readymade practice with a large referral base within the clinic of over 270 multi-specialty providers, plus an external referral base including 1.3 million patients.
