Outstanding opportunity for a BE/BC OB-GYN to provide hospitalist services within a comprehensive, integrated health care system in southwestern Connecticut.

Position Highlights:

1. Providing call coverage and labor & delivery support
2. Caring for inpatient OB and GYN patients
3. Providing OB and GYN consultations in the hospital floor and Emergency Department
4. Overseeing residents, fellows, midwives, or advanced practice nurses
5. Member and leader of the OB Rapid Response Team
6. Participating in patient safety and quality review committees
7. Implementing quality improvement programs and evidence-based practices
8. Extensive support from OB/GYN subspecialties, including Maternal Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, and Minimally Invasive Gynecology
9. Shift options include 12-hour and 24-hour shifts
