Job description

Hospital is seeking a BE/BC OBGYN to join a team in a rapidly growing community just outside of San Jose, CA.

1. Full-time Obstetric and Gynecology position in a growing rural community
2. Two clinic locations; one within walking distance from the hospital
3. Monday to Friday schedule with some emergency call
4. 32-40 hours of direct patient contact per week, including hospital rounding, procedures, scheduled clinic visits, and administrative duties. The minimum requirements may fluctuate based on patient care needs.
5. Strong referral base
6. Hospital EHR is Meditech; Clinic EHR is eClinicalWorks
7. Collegial environment with direct contract
8. Good work-life balance with a comfortable call schedule: 1:3 call rotation, 24-hour shifts for call coverage, averaging 30-40 deliveries per month
9. Level 1 Nursery with Pediatric Hospitalist coverage
10. Established primary care and specialty clinic network

Compensation Structure

• Base compensation at MGMA median plus incentives
