We are seeking a board certified or board eligible OB/GYN to join our established practice in Huntsville, AL. This opportunity includes an excellent salary, comprehensive benefits, and incentives for quality care and patient satisfaction. The area offers a growing community with access to outdoor recreation and educational institutions.

Currently, there are 2 full-time OB/GYNs, 1 part-time OB/GYN, and 3 CRNPs in the practice.

Excellent payer mix with the majority of patients having Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama. The compensation and benefits package includes:

• Three-year employment contract with competitive income based upon Southern Median percentile
• Year-end incentive bonus for meeting pre-established quality and patient satisfaction goals
• Moving expenses up to $10,000 based on actual receipts
• $30,000 sign-on bonus that can be paid as a stipend over the last year of residency on a monthly basis
• Quarterly incentive bonus based upon WRVU model for outpatient visits and inpatient admissions as outlined in final contract
• $3,000 annually for CME, books, periodicals, professional memberships, dues; 1 week for CME
• Full malpractice insurance including tail coverage after fulfillment of contract
• 50% on the first 5% contributed to the 401k after 1 year of employment
• Full comprehensive benefits package consistent with other employed physicians
• 25 days ETO (Earned Time Off) at the beginning of your contract
• Work out of one hospital potentially growing to 101 beds, with no running around to multiple hospitals
