Excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with a strong interest in Geriatric Medicine to join a well-established Geriatrics / Palliative Care team.

Ideal candidates should be interested in working in a team environment, seeing a broad spectrum of medical issues, taking a patient-centered approach to medicine, and establishing long-term relationships with patients and their families. Our providers see patients in various settings, including nursing homes, assisted living, hospice, clinic consults, and home-based care throughout the Northern Black Hills of South Dakota.
