Private Practice of Psychiatry & Geriatric Psychiatry - Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Psychiatrist or Geriatric Psychiatrist to join our growing private practice. We serve a diverse patient population, including highly-functioning individuals, families, and top-tier facilities, offering therapy and medication management.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing private individual, family, and group therapy, including supportive therapy
• Treating anxiety, depression, insomnia, PMS, and stress-related physical or emotional symptoms
• Offering psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, motivation sessions, life coaching, and support groups
• Providing grief support, weight management, and cessation support for smoking, alcohol, and substances
• Utilizing a holistic approach with services like acupuncture, massage, and reiki
• Conducting memory and dementia evaluations, competency assessments, and private patient care at assisted living, independent living, and nursing facilities

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers high earning potential with no salary cap and practice partnership options. It provides autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment. Our practice does not participate in Managed Care.

Physicians may be W-2 employees or partners. Compensation is based on productivity, with 50% of collected fees paid to the physician, allowing unlimited earning potential.
