Flexible Geriatrics Physician needed in Baltimore, MD - potential to earn $350K+

Job Details:

1. J-1 visa sponsorship available for 2022.
2. First-year guaranteed base salary of $220K + bonus (seeing 18-20 patients per day).
3. Opportunity to transition to a productivity-based model earning between $350K-$500K (seeing around 35 patients in nursing homes).
4. Partnership opportunity available.
5. BC/BE Internal Medicine physician needed, working with 5 other physicians.
6. Traditional practice includes:
1. 2 weeks in 2 months at one hospital doing inpatient work, seeing about 10-15 patients per day.
2. Remaining 6 weeks within the 2 months, with one day per week in clinic and the rest in nursing homes, where an NP handles calls.
3. See patients 3-4 hours per day; patient notes can be completed from home.
4. Average of 18-20 patients for the guaranteed base model.
5. Call schedule: 1 in 4.
7. The payer mix includes HMOs, Medicare, Medicaid, and BC/BS.
8. Salary negotiable based on experience and chosen model.
9. Group offers incentive bonuses, health, dental, CME, and life insurance.
10. Group can sponsor H1 visas and offers loan reimbursement.
