Job description

Seeking BE/BC Geriatric Medicine physicians to work with our Geriatric patient population residing in senior communities in Hartford, CT.

Position Details:

1. Setting: 100% geriatric outpatient primary care and consultative services
2. Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule, weekdays only if preferred
3. Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
4. Potential role as SNF Medical Director
5. Peer support from a team of 5 physicians and 18 geriatric providers
6. Collaboration with Dementia education specialists for holistic patient and family care
7. Strong support staff, nursing, and operational teams
8. Minimal telephone call schedule
9. Support through our Geriatric Council
10. Access to a wide range of senior resources for personalized, coordinated care
11. Opportunities for professional development in leadership, research, or academic teaching
