• Active California Physician License.
• DEA registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care, including comprehensive assessments and ongoing care management.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in elderly patients.
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention.
• Supervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
