CompHealth is seeking a Board-certified Geriatric Medicine physician in Boston, MA, to join a health system-employed team. The role features a Monday–Friday clinic schedule with 4 clinical days and 1 flexible work-from-home day, a light call rotation, and a patient panel up to 750. Start at 6–10 patients daily, growing to 16–20.

DEA license and bilingual skills are highly valued. Salary ranges from $250,000 to $330,000 annually and includes competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Geriatric Medicine is required.
• DEA license is required to practice.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide geriatric patient care in a hospital/clinic setting.
• Manage a patient panel starting at 6–10 daily patients, expanding to 16–20.
• Work Monday–Friday with 4 clinic days and 1 flexible work-from-home day.
• Light call schedule: 1:15 rotation, 2 times per month, 4 weekends per year.
• Participate in value-based care initiatives with geriatric focus.
