Cynet Health seeks a Medical Director for Geriatric Medicine in Baton Rouge to lead a dedicated team serving older adults with compassionate, high-quality care.

You will oversee clinical outcomes, guide PCPs, and drive performance improvements across the program, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Active state medical license in Louisiana.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Geriatrics preferred).
• Current BLS, CDS, and DEA registrations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical leadership and supervision for participant care.
• Oversee clinical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Guide Primary Care Providers and oversee outcomes across the program.
• Lead and support the QAPI program.
• Collaborate with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community providers.
• Mentor and coach clinical staff.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Ensure proper documentation and optimization of EMR.

You will support pharmacy coordination and advance care planning.
