Job description

Join a large, growing physician-owned multi-specialty group in Texas. We are seeking a General Gastroenterologist with an entrepreneurial and leadership mindset to develop a practice with full support from the group. Currently, the practice has a two-month wait time for new patients and plans to add a Gastroenterologist and Advanced Practice Provider over the next six months.

The role involves seeing patients at the clinic location and performing procedures at the MSG-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The ASC features several ORs and three scope rooms, with an anticipation of performing 15-20 upper or lower endoscopies daily. Nursing and anesthesia coverage are available as needed.

EMR: Centricity GE Healthcare. There are no ER call requirements; instead, a 1:3 call schedule covers only group patients at one hospital, with nurse triage services available to assist with phone calls.

Compensation starts at $350K+ depending on experience, with a partnership opportunity after one year, including a $10K buy-in and profit sharing from the ASC. Benefits include a one-year income guarantee, 401(k), two weeks PTO, sign-on bonus, and relocation allowance.
