Description Join the Growing Team at CHRISTUS South New Mexico Gastroenterology Associates in Alamogordo, NM Position: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist Location: Alamogordo, New Mexico Work Type: Full-Time Job Overview: CHRISTUS South New Mexico Gastroenterology Associates is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our expanding team in Alamogordo, NM. As a key provider in a growing office, youll have the chance to offer advanced care to patients while working in a 100% outpatient setting. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care in a 100% outpatient setting. Manage a patient volume of 15-20 patients per day, with 40-60 referrals from other providers. Perform in-office procedures, such as hemorrhoid banding, as well as advanced services like FibroScan and PillCam. For complex procedures, access four operating rooms with block scheduling, along with Scenic View, an outpatient surgery center within the hospital. Qualifications: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist. 3-5 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Comfortable working in a procedure-heavy setting.
