Job Opportunity: BC/BE Gastroenterologist at Poplar Bluff VA Medical Center

The Poplar Bluff, MO Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to provide comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and nursing home services at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center and associated community clinics. Responsibilities include delivering patient care in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, performing primary and consultative care, and working within the VA's Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model. The role involves administration of conscious sedation and routine endoscopic procedures such as EGD, PEG, colonoscopies, and paracentesis.

Additional Information
  1. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; on-call as needed
  2. Benefits: Sign-on bonus, paid relocation, Student Loan Repayment (subject to availability), CME stipend of $1,000/year plus 1 week paid leave
