The ideal Physician will be BC/BE Gastroenterologist - practicing physicians and new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Position Highlights:

1. Hospital Employed, but they operate like it's a private practice
2. $450k Salary that goes up with experience
3. Keep a high % of your net collections/profit = to be made here
4. Week night call rotation is backup-only to very experienced APPs who do all the week night rounding
5. Weekend call will be 1:6 or even 1:7 once fully staffed and you only cover one hospital
6. Take over for an existing patient panel due to retirement replacement
