Hours: 3 - 4 half days in clinic, 3 - 4 half days in surgery, 1 full day off

Average Patients seen: Half Day Clinic, Half Day Surgery
Call Schedule: 1:5; No clinic during call week, only hospital procedures and front-line call coverage
Compensation: Competitive salary with a 2-year guarantee; bonus incentives

Ideal candidate will have ERCP experience, an interest in Hepatology, and a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
Practice shares 3 RNs, dedicated MA support for every physician, 2 surgery schedulers in-house.
Outreach Required: Clinics in LaPorte, Chesterton, Valparaiso (all within 30 minutes commute).
Potential Virtual Visits.
Shared collaboration between physicians and APPs in group.
Hospital-based Nurse Practitioner sees new consults and rounds ahead of physicians.
Clinic-based Nurse Practitioner.
Strong mentorship available from senior physician leadership.
Strong referral base: On average 75-100 per week for general GI.
Onsite Equipment: BRAVO, Pill Cam, Fibroscan.
