Job Opportunity: BE/BC Gastroenterologist in Urbana, IL

Seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join our Gastroenterology Department in Urbana, IL.

• All services for Gastroenterology and Colon-Rectal surgeons are provided seamlessly in our new, centrally-located, state-of-the-art 10-suite Digestive Health Center, which includes exam rooms, preparation and recovery bays, procedural rooms, and space for research.
• Recognized as one of America's 100 Best Hospitals for Gastrointestinal Care for three consecutive years by Healthgrades.
• Well-developed interventional program with close collaboration with other academic institutions for liver transplant patients.
• Support from GI Hospitalist; limited inpatient coverage required from outpatient physicians.
• Enjoy individual clinical autonomy within a financially-sound and innovative multispecialty group practice.
• The group participates in digestive clinical trials and is one of six facilities in Illinois to perform double balloon enteroscopies.
• Team includes seven Gastroenterologists and seven Advanced Practice Providers supporting outpatient elective practice.
• Excellent and experienced nursing staff and dietitian onsite.
• Established research program located on-site, including studies on Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease, with a dedicated research coordinator.
• Strong support for IBD program with dedicated GME events and an IBD support group for patients.
