Job summary

Geisinger in Scranton, PA seeks a Gastroenterology Hospitalist to join our growing team. The role offers a 7-on/7-off schedule with strong support from our experienced Gastroenterologists, Hepatologists, and Advanced Practitioners.

Fully integrated with EPIC and ProvationMD, you will deliver high-quality inpatient GI care without outpatient clinic duties. We prize work-life balance and opportunities for teaching and research within a large health network, with generous incentives and fully paid

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitalist gastroenterology and acute care settings.
• Strong collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Wamiliarity with EPIC EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide gastroenterology hospitalist coverage in the Northeast Scranton region.
• Work with dedicated PA/NP support to manage acute patient care.
• Engage in teaching and research if desired; participate in a large integrated health network.
