Job description

Job Title: Physician - Gastroenterologist

We are seeking a Gastroenterologist to provide clinical services at a community-based practice in Wyoming, MN. The ideal candidate will deliver high-level, patient-centered care aligned with the goals of M Health Fairview.

Practice Highlights:

• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) providing care in a clinic, hospital, and endoscopy unit located adjacently.
• The practice includes an advanced practice provider and support staff.
• Position based at M Health Fairview Lakes Medical Center in Wyoming, MN, a 61-bed community hospital with over 26 specialty services, approximately 35 miles northeast of Minneapolis. Opportunities may include care delivery at other M Health Fairview facilities, including the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis.
• Opportunity to collaborate with Gastroenterology colleagues within the University of Minnesota division.
• On-call responsibilities include coverage during weekdays and weekends in rotation with general surgeons. Call duties are manageable with rare emergencies shared among physicians.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship.
• Board certified by ABIM in internal medicine and eligible/certified in gastroenterology.
• Licensed or eligible for medical license and DEA in Minnesota, with necessary credentials and privileges.
• Ability to obtain work authorization in the U.S. and maintain legal status under VISA requirements.

• Competitive full-time salary range: $423,293 - $783,365, commensurate with experience, potentially including incentives or specialty-specific components. Salary prorated based on FTE.
