Mainline Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Staff Physician to join our clinical team in a full-time, exempt role. The incumbent will provide primary medical care, coordinate patient treatment plans, and collaborate with mid-level providers in a patient-centered medical home setting.

8 a.m. to 5:30 pm Monday- Thursday.
8 a.m. to 12:00 pm on Friday.
However, adjustments in schedule or additional hours may be required to complete duties. Friday afternoon and Saturday clinic are scheduled on a voluntary basis.
The Staff Physician works as part of the care team as licensed independent practitioners who are responsible for managing health problems and coordinating health care for patients with a specific focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and quality outcomes. Staff Physicians perform a variety of direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis, implementation of treatment, evaluation, and monitoring the general practice management plan for clinic patients. Staff Physicians perform these functions in collaboration with a Mid-Level Providers in a primary health care setting. Staff Physicians are involved in continuous quality improvement practices and measures as set by Mainline Health Systems, Inc. and in which the practice focus is based on a Patient Centered Medical Home model of care.
The Staff Physician reports to, is supervised by and evaluated by the DoO/COO.
The evaluation of work performance will be ongoing and will be carried out by the DoO/COO. It will include specific duties and responsibilities of this position description plus employee attitude and general working behavior. Formal evaluation will be performed annually but may be initiated at other times by the COO and/or CEO.
