Responsibilities

• See new pain management patients and collaborate with the medical director, mid-level provider, and clinical pharmacist to develop a polymodal pain regimen.
• Assume responsibility for pain management patients.
• Medical Director opportunity available.
• Practice within conservative guidelines and Best Practices.
