Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a full-time Staff Physician Float to cover the Baltimore market, including Timonium, MD. You will join a team delivering patient care across multiple clinics, with a focus on high-quality outcomes and supportive leadership.

The role offers a comprehensive compensation package with a base salary plus incentives, generous PTO, CME time, disaster coverage, and strong retirement benefits. Training is provided, and relocation support is available when applicable.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license.
• Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction.
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to certify through Concentra’s DOT training program.

• Many of our clinics offer working hours M-F, 8 to 5, no nights, no weekends, no holidays, no call

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate for 5 days a week in the state range of 240,000.00 to $300,000.00 salary depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
