Job summary

Concentra is seeking a float staff physician to join the Lehigh Valley team (Allentown & Bethlehem, PA). You will provide center-based, direct patient care within a supportive, large-organization environment.

Expect leadership responsibilities, collaboration with therapists and specialists, and opportunities to teach residents and students. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary with monthly RVU bonus incentives and quarterly quality care bonuses, plus a generous PTO plan

Qualifications

• Center-based position providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
• Collaborates with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
• Fosters an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement and reward and recognition.
• Maintains relationships with center clients and payers.
• Promotes, cultivates, and exemplifies Orange Book values for all clinic colleagues.
• Active and unrestricted license.
• Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to certify through Concentra's DOT training program.

• Practice hours M-F, 8 to 5, no nights, no weekends, no holidays, no call
