Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to make an impact on underserved populations in Germantown, less than 10 miles north of Philadelphia. This is a full-time, permanent outpatient-only position.

  1. Schedule: Monday to Friday, no nights or weekends.
  2. Patient Panels: Small, ranging from 2-15 patients per day, for consistency and focus.
  3. Care Model: Value-based care with structured bonuses rewarding outcomes.
  4. Responsibilities: Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, aiming to keep patients healthy and active.

  • Above-market salary (base salary without R.V.U. targets)
