Job description

North Carolina Health System is looking to add a full-time, outpatient, primary care provider at their Outer Banks location.

Position Details:

1. Join 6 other primary care physicians with specialty support.
2. Manage an established patient panel of 15,000.
3. Support from LPN, MA, and RNs on site at a 2:1 ratio.
4. Utilize EPIC EMR, with lab, EKG onsite, and access to specialists if needed.
5. See 15-25 patients daily, Monday through Friday, with no weekends, all outpatient work.
6. Option to work hospitalist or urgent care shifts for additional income.

Additional Opportunities:

1. Join a team with two other primary care physicians in a Medical Office Building (MOB) with multiple referring specialists.
2. Build a patient panel quickly due to lack of primary care support in town and readily available specialists.
3. Work in a modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment including full lab, x-ray, ECHO, and ultrasound, located across the street from an 81-bed hospital.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary with guaranteed production bonus in the first year, quality incentives, and potential to earn over $300,000 annually.

Sign-on bonus of $50,000-$80,000 or more based on commitment, up to $10,000 relocation allowance, and $5,000 CME allowance annually.
