Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

A Medical Group located about an hour from Charlotte, NC, is actively seeking a full-time BE/BC Family Medicine Physician.

Compensation and Benefits

• Highly competitive salary with a wRVU bonus structure and a two-year salary guarantee. Transition easily from base salary to wRVU productivity pay when ready.
• Outpatient BC Family Medicine position without OB available.
• Hospital-employed setting.
• Telephone call schedule: 1:26.
• Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, four days a week, with an hour lunch break each day.
• No weekends, holidays, or evening hours.
• Team includes 2 physicians and 2 APPs.
• High revenue-producing practice.
• Paper charting system.
• Full benefits package, including malpractice, dental, health, life, disability, etc.; 3 weeks vacation (increasing after 3 years); 7 paid holidays; 1 week reimbursed CME (all days available from day one).
