Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine w/OB Physician to join our team southwest of Duluth, MN

We are looking for a Family Medicine with OB (with or without C-section capability) physician to join our team. The practice will be developed around a family medicine with OB optional model of care.

1. Team-based clinical practice, collaborating with NP/PA partners.
2. Enjoy a comprehensive full-spectrum practice, including hospital work.
3. The hospital features a new, state-of-the-art, two-story addition with an emergency department, private rooms in the nursing unit, birthing center, lab, and imaging departments. The existing hospital was remodeled to include expanded rehab space, a new dining area, private pre- and post-op rooms, and a third surgical suite, all designed to enhance patient care, safety, and privacy.
4. Competitive market-leading pay and relocation assistance offered.
5. Substantial benefits package.
6. Minimum of 6 weeks off per year.
7. Patients are admitted to Mercy Hospital, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital serving communities in southern Carlton and northern Pine counties.
8. Recent delivery rates are approximately 80 per year, with historical rates up to 200+ per year.
9. Nurse Online Triage available 24/7.
10. Call required.
11. Experience with EPIC EMR system preferred.
