Job description

Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our Worcester, MA practice, with an area Urgent Care opportunity as well.

1. M-F 8-5
2. No weekend, second, or third shifts
3. Full or part-time options available
4. Full-time physicians are scheduled for eight clinical sessions and two administrative sessions weekly
5. Day split into 2 clinical sessions: morning 8-12 and afternoon 1-5
6. Each session involves seeing 10-11 patients, totaling 20-22 patients per day
7. Weekly clinical hours: 32 (8 clinical sessions and 8 hours administrative time)
8. Administrative time can be completed remotely or at home; efficient providers may work a 4-day on-site week
9. Initial slow ramp-up period: see 1 patient/hour initially, increasing after 6 months
10. EMR: NexGen
11. Patient care includes: Gender Affirming Care, MAT/OBAT, HIV/Infectious Disease Management, Pre-Natal and Reproductive Health Services (Pap smears, pelvic exams, Nexplanon and IUD insertions/removals, colposcopy)
12. Call duties: Either 2 weekday call shifts or 1 weekend shift per month, remote via telehealth
13. HPSA score of 15: Providers committing to 2 years will receive $50,000 loan repayment

Our clinical team includes family physicians, internists, pediatricians, and advanced practitioners, collaborating with dentistry, optometry, pharmacy, and behavioral health under one roof. Medical and telephonic interpreters are available to support patient care.
