Job description

Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our team just 25 miles south of Boston, MA.

Our Family Medicine team includes 40 physicians providing superior patient care across 18 towns in Southeastern Massachusetts. Call is minimal, 1-2 times per month. The schedule consists of four clinical days and one administrative day.

We pride ourselves on patient-centered quality care and offer administrative support that enables physicians to focus exclusively on outpatient clinical work. Our environment includes physician representation at the Board of Directors, integrated coordination with support staff, and full marketing assistance, fostering growth and excellence.

• Minimal call, 1-2 days per month
• High patient volume
• Competitive base salary up to $270K, plus sign-on and relocation bonuses if applicable
• wRVU productivity-based earnings after 2 years of employment
• Occurrence-based malpractice insurance
• CME benefits include one week off and reimbursement up to $3,000
