Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy (M.D. or D.O.)
• Completion of a qualified residency program
• Unrestricted medical license in Kentucky
• Unrestricted DEA certificate and hospital admitting privileges as required

Compensation Details

• Base salary: $190,000 over 26 pay periods
• Guaranteed at $210,000
• Production bonus: $40 per encounter for encounters exceeding 360 per month
• Quality bonus: Up to $18,000 annually based on performance against quality goals
