3. Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
4. Clinic Hours: Monday & Wednesday 8:00am - 7:00pm; Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
5. Call Schedule: Rotating, 40 hours/week

Requirements:
