Job description

We are seeking a full-time, relationship-centered family physician to join our team at a new health center in Machesney Park, IL, in partnership with the Harlem Co. School District. We are looking for a primary care physician to lead our team, providing high-quality care to employees and their families.

  • Patient Population : Employees and families of all ages, with a focus on acute and primary care, emphasizing preventive medicine
  • Care Team : MD, Medical Assistant (MA), Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Schedule : 40 hours per week, with a proposed schedule as follows :
  • Friday : 8 : 00 AM 12 : 00 PM (4 hours)
  • No nights, no call, and no weekends

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Salary : $240,000 $275,000 per year (negotiable based on experience and FTE)
  • Benefits :

Selling Points :

  • Annual Visits : 60 minutes

Follow-Up Visits : 30 minutes

Job Requirements :
