Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician near Peoria, Illinois

Join our established practice with the following details:

• Collaborate with one other BC physician and three Advanced Practice Providers
• Provide primary care for patients of all ages, with an average of 16 patients per day
• Office hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8am-4:30pm; Thursday 8am-12pm
• Call schedule: Provider participates in a rotation, taking second call if needed after initial MyNurse triage during nights and weekends
• Full-time position with dedicated administrative time and flexible scheduling to ensure patient access
• Utilize a fully integrated Epic EMR system across clinics and hospitals for care coordination
• Benefits include health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
