Job Description: Managed Care Physician needed in a suburban Jacksonville community in Northeast Florida. The practice serves a 100% Geriatric patient population. The provider will work with one other provider in the office, seeing an average of 15 patients per day. Physicians have significant influence over care decisions.

Compensation and Benefits: Total annual earning potential exceeds $300,000 based on experience. The compensation package includes a bonus schedule with up to $30,000 Sign-On Bonus.
