Position Overview

Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine Physician for an outpatient, full-time, permanent position. The role involves Monday to Friday work, with no nights or weekends, and small patient panels to ensure consistency and focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, aiming to keep patients healthy and engaged in life.
• Manage 12-15 patients per day within a value-based care model that rewards outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Above-market salary with a quarterly bonus based on quality metrics (not quantity).
• Base salary without R.V.U. targets.
