Practice Details

• Treats all ages at Crown Point family health center
• Hours: Monday through Friday (varied), Saturday 8 am - noon
• Location: Northwest Indiana, near Illinois
• Schedule: 36 hours of patient contact, 4 hours admin work
• Support: Strong mentorship from existing providers
