This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $280,000 to $325,000 annually, with a $150,000 sign-on bonus or loan repayment options. The role is based in a small city in the upper Midwest, offering amenities of larger cities, outdoor activities, and proximity to Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

As part of a growing team, you will join 3 family practice physicians and 1 physician assistant, seeing approximately 15 patients per day. Candidates must be board certified or eligible, and both J-1 and H-1B visas are welcomed.
