The Nurse, with relevant clinical experience, practices independently, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

1. Demonstrates leadership in self, others, or teams, adhering to ANA standards and utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
2. Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications and treatments per protocols, monitoring side-effects, and documenting care.
3. Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers.
4. Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience (or new graduate), a valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification. New hires attend orientation, complete onboarding, and meet annual competency requirements.
5. Credential deadlines vary based on experience, with grace periods for additional certifications. Full-time position.
