CompHealth is seeking a Family Practice Physician for a permanent, full-time role in Rochester, Minnesota. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, a 4½‑day option, and a phone call requirement of less than once per month, supporting excellent work-life balance.

It includes onsite behavioral health, urgent care, and chronic disease management services as part of a renowned academic medical center.
