Job summary

Main Line Health in Glen Mills, PA is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our established Primary Care Clinic. This is a fully office-based, full-time role with Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts and a strong emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care.

The position includes CME stipend, one week of CME time, 5 weeks PTO, free employee parking, and a pension plan. You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Active PA medical license and DEA registration (or eligibility).
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients in an outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Partner with Credentialing and Compliance teams to maintain licensure and certification standards.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts (40 hours/week)
