**Responsibilities**

Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is looking for a Full Time Family Practice Physician for our Rural Health Clinic in Centerville, TN.

**Position Highlights:**

+ (4) 10/hour days

+ Typically see between 18-25 per day

+ Providers are scheduled for 36 hour per week

+ Clinic hours are 7am - 5pm M-F

+ Clinic is designated as a Rural Health Clinic (RHC)

+ Providers need to be comfortable seeing patients of all ages

**Requirements**

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

**Required Credential(s):**

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.

**Education:**

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
