Job Opening: Family Practice Physician at CompHealth

Join a growing multispecialty group in California as a Family Practice Physician. This position involves seeing approximately 20 outpatient patients per day, working a 40-hour week with flexible scheduling options (either four 10-hour days or Monday through Friday). The team includes advanced practice providers and 15 physicians.

Requirements: Board certification or eligibility in family medicine or internal medicine; California medical license (assistance provided by CompHealth).

Compensation and Benefits: Starting salary in the low $200Ks, with a two-year salary guarantee, annual quality bonus, and additional perks such as 100% paid medical benefits for the physician and family, vacation, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, life insurance/disability, CME, 401(k) with matching, and malpractice coverage.

Support is available for licensing, negotiations, and interview coordination. The position is located within easy driving distance to San Jose.
